These partnerships have led to the creation of our New Home Builder Landscape Package program, which offers builders a streamlined system to provide affordable, well-designed, and consistent landscaping in newly developed neighborhoods.

The Landscape Packages are a complimentary gift of appreciation for buyers who have chosen to purchase a home in a Genesis Land or Sterling Homes community. As these packages are complimentary, they hold no cash value, and substitutions are not permitted.

Below, you’ll find our Landscape Program Portal for Genesis Land and Sterling Homes. Through the portal, you can submit your contact details to ensure your home is added to the installation list for this year. The landscaping season typically runs from early June to late October. Please note that installation is weather-dependent, and timelines may shift based on conditions. To maximize efficiency and keep costs down, installations are grouped by area.

Mountains Edge can also provide quotes for additional landscaping beyond the complimentary package. However, various factors may affect our ability to take on extra work, and we reserve the right to decline requests that extend beyond our current commitments.
